If your subscription lapses, access to historical route data may be affected. Keep your subscription active to ensure your trip records remain available and accessible.
Why is a trip missing from my history?
Why is a trip missing from my history?
A missing trip usually means the device was offline, powered off, or in a low-signal area during that journey. Route history only records when the tracker is actively connected and tracking — if the device loses signal mid-journey, that portion may show a gap or be absent. Check that your tracker has a strong connection and an active subscription to capture all future trips.

Does route history work for all ShieldGPS devices?
Does route history work for all ShieldGPS devices?
Yes. Route history is available across all ShieldGPS devices — including the G1C, VO1, AT2, FMT100, OB22, and AT1 — as long as the device has an active subscription and was connected during the journey.
Route history only records when the device is actively tracking. If the device was powered off, out of battery, or in an area with no signal during a journey, that portion of the trip may not appear or may show a gap in the route.
