# Download the ShieldGPS App for iOS, Android or Web

> Access your ShieldGPS trackers from iOS, Android, or the web dashboard — live maps, route history, and real-time alerts all in one place.

ShieldGPS is available on iPhone, Android, and as a full-featured web dashboard, so you can monitor your trackers from wherever you are. All three platforms share the same account, meaning any device you activate shows up automatically across every platform you use.

## What You'll See After Logging In

Once you're signed in, you'll land on the main map view. Here's what to expect:

* **Live map** — all your active trackers are plotted on an interactive map with real-time position updates every 10 seconds.
* **Device list** — a scrollable list of all trackers on your account, showing each device's last known location and status.
* **Alert history** — a log of all triggered alerts, including speed violations, geofence entries and exits, and harsh driving events.

<Note>
  If you've activated your device but it isn't showing on the map yet, make sure the tracker is powered on and has been placed in an open outdoor area. GPS signal can take a few minutes to acquire, especially on first use. Moving the device near a window or outside will help it get a fix faster.
