# Managing Multiple ShieldGPS Trackers in One Account

> Manage as many ShieldGPS trackers as you need from one account. Perfect for families, fleets, and businesses tracking multiple vehicles or assets.

Your ShieldGPS account supports an unlimited number of trackers under a single login, making it the ideal solution for families, small businesses, and large fleets alike. Whether you're monitoring two cars or an entire commercial fleet, everything is managed from the same app and dashboard.

## How to Add a New Tracker

Each new device needs to be activated before it appears in your account. Activate every tracker at [shieldgps.co/activate](https://shieldgps.co/activate) using its unique IMEI number. Once activated, the device appears in your account automatically — no manual linking required.

  The IMEI number is a 15-digit code printed on your device's packaging and also visible inside the ShieldGPS app under the device settings.

## Viewing All Your Trackers

Open the ShieldGPS app or visit [shieldgps.co/dashboard](https://shieldgps.co/dashboard) — the map view displays all of your active devices at the same time, so you can see every asset at a glance. Use the device list to focus in on a single tracker and view its details, history, or alerts.

## One Subscription Per Device

Each tracker requires its own active subscription. Plans are managed through [support@shieldgps.co](mailto:support@shieldgps.co) — reach out to add, change, or cancel subscriptions across your devices.

## Tips for Managing a Large Fleet

Keep your fleet organised from day one by following these best practices:
